We use USPS (United States Postal Service) to ship most parcels and we always include tracking. Tracking is not available for international shipments. We also offer UPS (United Parcel Service) shipping. Rates are calculated automatically during checkout, based on the combined weight of the items in your cart. Vermont residents may choose to bypass shipping by picking up their order at our office in Enosburg Falls, VT. Simply choose "Store Pickup" during checkout. Orders must be picked up within 5 business days.

When using VISA, MasterCard, or PayPal's Instant Payments, your order is shipped the following business day. When using e-Checks from PayPal, your order is shipped once the funds have cleared (3-4 business days). When paying with a Check or Money Order, your order is shipped once we receive payment and the funds have cleared, which can take up to 7 business days.

Though you may order online 24 hours a day 365 days a year, we do not ship on the following days and holidays: Any Sunday, ThanksGiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, July 4th. All orders made on these days are shipped on the following business day.

International Orders:

We now ship everywhere in the United States, Canada, and Europe. Please note that you may be subjected to customs charges. Some products in our store cannot be shipped outside of the United States; if your cart contains an item that cannot be shipped to your country, you will be notified of this during checkout. We try to stay up to date when it comes to Customs Regulations for the countries we ship to; however, we do not guarantee that a shipment will not be withheld at your local Customs Agency. Please make sure the items you wish to purchase are permitted for import into your country, before purchasing.

Order Confirmation and Back Orders:

Upon receipt of your order, you will receive a confirmation email outlining the details of your order. Occasionally, some items may be temporarily back-ordered. In this case, we immediately ship the partial order, then ship the back-ordered item to you as it becomes available, without charging additional shipping.

Shipment Packaging:

We package your purchase so that it is shipped safely. We always use environmentally-friendly packing materials and/or re-use packing materials from prior shipments. Packaging fees and tracking are included in the total shipping cost. (Tracking is not available for international shipments.)

Shipping to Another Party:

You can ship to different addresses than your mailing address. You have the option of registering addresses in your Address Book (you will have access to this once you've created an account with us) or typing in a different shipping address. There is no additional charge for this.

Return Policy and Guarantee:

  • If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the product within 30 days for an exchange, or for a refund of your purchase price minus shipping charges.
  • Items must be returned in like new condition and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. We cannot accept any parcels that are sent collect or through third-party billing.
  • Items must be sent with tracking.
  • Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of order.
  • Packages refused at the time of delivery will be considered a return and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
  • Products that have obviously been excessively used and/or damaged by the customer will not be exchanged or refunded.
  • There are no refunds after 30 days of receipt of your order.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable under any circumstances.
